McDonald's

Had to wait several minutes for a employee to come to register. Seemed they were very understaffed. Once they came to take our order everything was good 👍

Very very slow service. I've waited 15 minutes one time

Went this morning my order was hot and fresh I looked at my receipt and noticed they did not charge me I went to the manager to pay and she said no the store was very clean

Service was good. Food was real fresh and hot. Seating area could have been a bit cleaner.

Went in for ice cream cone. The manager was having a hard conversation with a customer. I had to wait and when she rang in my order she didn't charge me. So after I was done I asked her why she did not charge me and she said because I had to wait. I told her thank you so much. And I really didn't have to wait that long. Only about 5 minutes. But very nice of her. Nothing better than a free ice cream cone!

Received someone else's order, but took care of it quickly. Good staff, they made good fun with the drive thru. Can definitely tell MGMT from the rest. She was business, but had a problem understanding sincerity. I offered to pay for the extra that I received, and quizzically looked at me and said, "Are you kidding me?".No. There are a few of us left in the world with standards of others, as to self. Would had given a 3 just for that statement. 4 for the crew. Nichole was alone on reg, and was a champ.

Food is always freshly made but with that service is slower than normal for a McDonald's but worth the extra couple of minutes. The employees are always friendly. That tells me something. Keep up the awesomeness yall

I have always been pleased with the service at this McDonald's. The manager Mark pretty much knows my order before I walk in and is always cooked fresh. The other evening managers and supporting staff have all been great too. Would highly recommend this McDonald's.

No meat in my mini Mac sandwich. Last visit the Sprite drink was totally flat. Not going there anymore.

I showed up at quarter to 6, all the signs said they were open. I went through the drive thru 3 times in a row to no response. I had to drive to the McDonald's on Wickham to grab breakfast. Do yourself a favor and just head to Wendy's or Arby's on the same side of the road.

Yes McDonald is McDonald and that's we all know fast food restaurant but if you can eat junk food McDonald's is the place to eat a good hamburger or cheeseburger is soda good and they always have a good price on the coke and Pepsi I guess that's all good I will give a good rating to McDonough because they are the good stablish mint and if you want to eat something it cost you like about under $10 which is not bad

In this particular branch the service was great

The wait time was way to long to call fast food and my fries were burnt and they weren't serving any shakes or ice cream definitely a disappointment. Tighten up McDonalds maybe next time we'll have a better experience.

Typical McD's food. The girl at the drive-thru was great and had a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, they lost the star b/c the wait on the drive thru line was really long.

This is one of the better MacDonalds to eat at. And the service is fast. Enjoy

20 min in drive thru for smoothie and plain cheeseburger. What happened to fast food?

I've been going here for a while but right now this place is a solid one star. if you go here realize there's a high chance they'll take an extremely long time to get you your food. after waiting 20 minutes since the point I ordered my food I had to walk in to get my two large fries. This type of example has become a regular thing. Gotta tighten up.

Help nice not so clean

Smells funny. Didn't know if it was the food or people. Workers were cool. Just wish the customers showered.

This location consistently gets something on our order incorrect. Manager, Michele, is quick to fix.. just always check your order.

Sat in drive-thru for 30 mins just about, then was parked in front of the food window for a good 10 mins before anyone ever opened the window to apologize for the long wait. Everyone was honking and driving off, had I not already paid, I would have driven off. Then get home and the foods cold and my 6 piece tenders is only 4 piece.

Bad food fries are refried and burgers are usually cold

Fast service and food was assembled with care. Not thrown together like it was made in a tornado.

Got a Big Mac with a moldy bun. Had to take it back and get something else.

Food was cold n nasty. I took 1 bite of the burger n cldnt eat it n the fries were burnt n cold. Weird bc the drive-thru was so busy and the parking lot was full. Prob cooked everything hrs earlier. No way to run a business. Money thrown out the window..

This restaurant in particular it's one of the best, service, quality and cleanses

I wanted a breakfast burrito, fast and easy to eat while driving but they didn't have the hot chocolate, I wanted. McDonald's is certainly convenient and relatively affordable and it's ok once in a while, but we should all eat at home more - cheaper, more healthy

Sat in line way to long but when we get the the window to pick up good we sat here for 10 mins and no one opened the window to even hand us our drinks or say sorry be just a min, 10 mins really.still sitting at the window while I type this all up and still no answer, we already paid or I would leave, never coming back here again

Took forever to get 2 cups of coffee. The cashier seemed to have no idea how to ring up and get a simple order of coffee. Everyone including the manager were more concerned about the drive up window than the counter.

I am assuming that the new limited menu along with strictly drive-thru service is contributing to mix-ups, but I thought McDonald's perfected the drive-thru experience. We were in line at least 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us, and when we got to the window they told us they had accidentally given our order to the car ahead of us...I then had to wait another 5 minutes in sweltering heat for them to redo my order. I usually am satisfied with McDonald's service, but if this is normal for this location I wont be returning...

Only stopped for a ice cream sundae it was a great treat for the price.

I went in for a Mcrib meal .The cashier told me corporate hadcalled and stop serving them . No reason and they are not out of them .So I left went home had a salad. .Or was very upsetting .

🍅ROTTEN!!!👎🏽SUCH AN UPSETTING VISIT! I have been in the fast food industry for A DECADE so I know a great deal about how to properly run a restaurant. As soon as you walk in: particles of food and debris on the tables.The two mgrs there seemed to care less about us standing there, with no one in line, for 10-12 mins and only 1-3 cars in drive through. Trash behind the counters. Recepticles overflowing. Bathrooms were a complete DISASTER.Both mgrs screwed up the only two items we ordered- one senior coffee and one Iced coffee. It was such an awful experience. Never going back.

The service is like all the stars in the sky on a clear night fabulous as well as the food. Every body knows this! And there is something for every budget brought to your table that doesn't require you tip. And then on top of that and my most specific reason for eating there is that they have ports available just for charging your cell phone while you eat. Where the other fast foods do not. It's like they could care less if you eat there or not is the way I feel about it. It actually feels insulting to go eat somewhere and there's no ports available like McDonald's has respecting your time while you eat allowing you to also charge your phone. Now that is welcoming your business. So I give them all the stars in the sky in return is how I rate McDonald's. And it all shows in their workers as well as their so respectful and polite it makes you love them.!!!

Cold food after 5min of wait, considering that I order trough the app 10min before arrive, it’s unnaceptableOld fries , greasy and no salt.

Great for a quick and yummy breakfast.
